Delivery
FREE UK DELIVERY
Prime Jewellery offers free delivery via Royal Mail on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
UK Next Day Delivery
If your order is above £100, we send through Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours Special Delivery for FREE and should receive your items within 1-2 working days.
But, don't worry if your order is below £100, you still get a FREE Standard Delivery from Royal Mail and should receive within 4-6 working days.
Note- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all jewellery orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Due to the wide range of designs we stock, some items may not be immediately available.
In certain cases, a piece may need to be handcrafted, custom-made, or resized prior to dispatch. If this applies to your order, we will provide an estimated dispatch date.
You will always receive confirmation of your dispatch date within 8 working hours of placing your order.
(Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next working day.)
UK Delivery Method
All UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail, a fast, secure, and fully insured courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email.
All parcels are insured during transit and a signature is required upon delivery.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery. Your shipping address should be within the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland.
Special Delivery Requests
If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requirements. If we are unable to meet your requested timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible.
