Refund policy
We offer a 30 days return policy after you receive the items, along with 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland.
Exception - Seasonal extended return offers may exceed the standard policy.
If you requested a resizing it will be considered as customised order. But, don't worry, We’re still happy to offer a free exchange or resizing if the fit isn’t quite right.
How to Return or Exchange?
You have 30 days after delivery to return your jewellery for a refund, and 60 days to request an exchange for same price or an upgrade for higher priced items.

Jewellery must be returned in original condition with all packaging, certificates and tags attached.

Please have your order number, postal address and email address ready when contacting us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost once assessed by our head jeweller.
You still have until 30 Days to return, and 60 days to exchange.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Funds usually appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
