We know your order is important to you, which is why we use a trackable delivery service. We will send you an email once your order is ready to be despatched and will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking will be available, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item and request a refund within 14 days of the date of despatch. Upon receipt of the goods, and after verification we will issue a full refund or exchange as required.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Place item in original packaging
Enclose invoice and/or delivery note (a copy is sufficient)
Return item to the address found on the invoice.
Return item via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar tracked and insured service.
We cannot be held responsible if items are not returned via an insured and tracked service and the item is lost in transit.
